A pro forma can be download at personal area but first is required fill some data.

After filling in and confirming the billing address, an orange button (Proforma - Information Note) will appear where you can download the document.

Cancellation and Refund

For any cancellation received until 30 June, less an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee (in EUR)
For any cancellation received after 30 June, no refund will be made.
All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant.

Refunds will be handled after the Conference
